Successful Launch of the ROAD Project
We are thrilled to share that the Kick-off Meeting for the ROAD project took place successfully on June 10th, where a comprehensive overview of the project structure was presented.
This meeting united all project partners to discuss objectives, work plans, and collaboration strategies for the upcoming phases.
It served as an excellent opportunity to encourage open dialogue in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, allowing ideas and goals to be exchanged freely.

Exploring neurodegenerative diseases with brain and retina organoids
"In the ROAD project, we use brain and retina organoids to gain deeper insights into neurodegenerative diseases characterized by tau protein aggregation, and to develop specialized probes for early diagnosis. These models, derived from patient cells, help us reduce (though not completely replace) animal testing and build personalized disease models that are closer to human biological reality.
